The Global Youth Challenge (GYC) is a not-for-profit organization that provides an international forum for youth to think creatively, present their perspective, and consider solutions to our world's challenges.
The GYC essay and speech contest invites youth from around the world to voice their opinions on meaningful issues in their lives through an essay and a video presentation or a work of art. In 2020, the topic was COVID-19, in 2021, it was World Peace, and in 2022, it was AI and the future of humanity.
This year, our annual competition called GYC 2023: Climate Change and the Future of Our World, is set for March 24, 2023. As in previous years, we expect more than 1000 youth from more than 20 countries to be registered for this competition. The entries will explore the potential harm that climate change poses to our world through different perspectives. We hope to motivate, excite, and engage youth from around the globe to participate and interact.
Students can contribute to the GYC dialogue in two ways:
The GYC provides a worldwide community of Youth with a platform to express their views and suggest creative solutions to current issues affecting humankind. We are looking for your contribution.
